It was a very professional job

Had hoped for a warm home after replacing every single window and door in the house, many windows with triple glazing - but sadly the heat is escaping from the house just as it did last winter. Content with the price we paid and the sales support. We were told installers were in-house but they were contracted, which resulted in the last few installations being rushed and poorly finished. Britelite had to return to rectify which they did without fuss. Soooo disappointed many thousands of pounds has made no difference to our comfort this winter.

Just had my windows done and I can honestly say the experience was excellent . To begin with they came and I got a price there and then , and they left that with me , no hard sell which I was pleased with , the price was good also , From beginning to end the fitters etc were amazing … everything ran smoothly … so pleased I found them

Helpful - on time - good quality

We had a new flat roof installed by Britelite and were really pleased with the whole process from initial quote right through to installation. We were kept fully informed right through the process. Adam carried out the survey and he and Paul completed the installation. Both Adam and Paul were brilliant. They worked very professionally and cleanly and did a fantastic job.

Excellent from start to finish. Very pleased with the new roof which has given our conservatory a new lease of life.

Joe installed our new windows upstairs yesterday. We are over the moon with them. Joe was punctual, polite and respectful of our home. He made an outstanding job of cleaning up. We plan to have new windows downstairs in the spring and I would like Joe to be our fitter. Would definitely recommend.

Efficient workforce good product very clean and tidy

He promptly provided us with detailed quotations and was very helpful accommodating our requirements. Our windows were installed by a highly experienced and skilled fitter, Phil who did a superb job installing the windows to our complete satisfaction. Thanks Phil. We would like to mention that we found customer service excellent and all guarantees and certificates were issued very quickly. We would highly recommend Britelite from our dealings with them.
