I hurriedly ordered from the site online and entered the address incorrectly, unbeknownst to myself. Peter from the customer service team emailed me promptly and alerted me to the mistake, after already making efforts to interpret the correct address from the information I had provided. Very friendly and proactive customer service which everyone should be grateful for.

Flowers were beautiful

I had a good experience. The most important thing was that it was delivered on the same day –which I needed. I would say the tulips though, didn’t quite look as many an colourful as in the picture.

I asked for all white arrangement and it was next day delivery everything came ou very nice. The only thing that I would mention is please do not cut the stems too short.
