I purchased my first bouquet and was deeply disappointed. The blue hydrangeas only lasted 2 days, and the roses were wilting too. Customer services only deal with complaints received within 2 days. Worst flowers I have bought online. Never again…

Great tracking for the delivery and the flowers are amazing!

Communication, delivery status, picture sent on first attempt which showed the flowers were beautiful. Being in a different country I wasn’t sure about ordering online. I order around 6:30 1st delivery attempt was 22 hours later and second and final delivery was 25 hours after ordering.
