I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday from Ireland to be delivered to London.The bouquet arrived within a couple of hours and they were really good.All in all a very good experience from the quality flowers to the tracked delivery and updates.

Amazing service

Everything was great and smooth, but the only disappointing thing was that I ordered a pink orchid which I thought it would be like it’s photo! But the one they delivered was more like a whitish or pale pink orchid and totally a different color than it’s photo!

They were delivered to completely wrong address and flowers were just dumped outside some a random door. The address was complete bar the last three letters of postcode. But address was clear and said NW8. There is only one address like it in NW8. No offer to compensate only to redeliver. Bad customer service in my opinion.

First time using flower station, really easy to pick&book for the flowers to be delivered to my grandmother on her birthday. Good service for New Year’s Eve for same day delivery and my grandmother is very happy with them. Maybe next time will look into a different style of bouquet as this one I had didn’t really seem exquisite considering it’s over £60 with delivery.
