Awesome service and very helpful

Everything went wrong, you don’t even want to know. Basically, I believe the flowers were wrongly delivered. When I raised a complaint, I was given a story about a system error wrongly notifying me of the delivery (which is also bad) and another delivery was scheduled for later in the afternoon. Flowers were for my wife’s birthday as I was not in town. I placed the order 2 days before so they could be delivered early. Was very traumatic and stressful for sick an emotional day.

What more could a birthday girl wish for? The flowers gave her the smile of the evening.

This was the first time ever that I tried sending flowers through an online platform to my dearest friend in London. This was a great experience. Everything went perfectly well, the bouquet is lovely just like on the picture. I recommend Flower Station! The online tracking worked wonderfully and I received a picture of the successful delivery. After the order around 9am the flowers arrived around 16:30. Thank you Flower Station!
