I specifically asked to be delivered early. Even after calling your customer care he promised that they would be before 5. It was delivered at 7:15 This was a bouquet for a 91-year-old lady who was on the way to bed after not getting any attention on her 91st birthday!!!! Also I specifically asked to replace the YELLOW roses. She hates yellow. But who cares. Right

difficulties with the shipment- flowers were not ready until around 6pm on the delivery date which was too late, this then had to be rearranged to a different location
