Firstly, there was no communication about my order the tracker showed the package on the same spot for 2 hours. Secondly, flowers were not fresh! They looked so dead. Thirdly, my message was missing, there was no card with the flowers. An absolute waste of time and money.

I’ve been a loyal customer of flower Station and I always get looked after by Margarita….she’s totally amazing and always smiling.

The customer service experience was positive. I ordered for same day, not realising that the Greater London postcode I ordered for was out of their same day delivery area (if possible it would be great for the site to flag this as others do, by limiting options by delivery postcode before ordering.) This, though, was ultimately my error in not reading all the small print that I needed to check that before ordering with them, manually, myself. My query about my order being put on hold was answered quickly, as was another the next day checking in on if the delivery would be happening. However, the reason I have given three stars, is not to do with this issue, but to do with the delivery and the flowers themselves. Firstly, the delivery was left outdoors when an enclosed porch was available. The delivery note said it had been signed for but it was a fake signature. Secondly, I visited the friend I ordered flowers for, only two days later, and almost all of the flowers had started to die. The roses had turned brown and the bouquet looked well past its best. Indeed, after saving roughly 15% of it, the majority was disposed of on day three. This was well over £100 of flowers and lasted less than half the time flowers would in a supermarket. It was meant to be a special treat and I feel so disappointed that the flowers were so fleetingly lovely. They were well cared for and so a day, alone, of freshness is not enough, not at all, for the price. I give three stars as the staff were helpful. I think that is generous but two, when they were helpful, seems unkind.
