Unbelievably smooth experience! I ordered for same day delivery in London on a Sunday. I only placed the order at around 4pm and it was delivered by around 6:30pm with no issues and the bouquet actually looked better than the photo on the website.

Ruslana was so helpful in creating the bouquet I wanted. I’m meeting my mother in law for the first time today and had a very specific vision and budget. Ruslana made it come to life within a reasonable price and was very friendly.

Flowers received looked lovely and it is nice to be able to arrange short notice delivery. However, I could not check whether the guest message was recognised in the order. In fact, my personal message was not conveyed and the delivery person would not divulge the identity of the sender. Possibly my fault but the website was not helpful in trying to confirm the gift message.

I ordered flowers for my aunt in London from Iran as a birthday surprise. I had hoped for fresh flowers, but unfortunately, when my cousin sent me a photo after delivery, I was disappointed to see that they had faded.

I was in a rush and needed something special. Thankfully, the florist, Laura, managed to put together a wonderful arrangement and in no time at all.

The bouquet was beautiful. The flowers smelt gorgeous and were very healthy. The customer service was exceptional. They didn't have the colour I ordered so offered two different colour options and upgraded the size for free. The vase seems to be good quality and also looks great. The whole thing was also packaged very well.
