Very disappointed with the bouquet I ordered. I spent over £80 on what they referred to as ‘premium’ flowers. They arrived very small and definitely not premium in size. I’ve picked up better flowers from my local M&S garage which cost £20. Complete rip off and not good enough.

I needed a same day delivery of flowers last minute and It was so straight forward to order online. The flowers were beautiful and affordable. It’s been a week and the flowers are still going strong. Thanks Flower Station! Will definitely use again!

They were much smaller than the description said! And i payed for the premium size! Expected much larger

Oggi ho utilizzato questo servizio per la prima volta e sono estremamente soddisfatta. Consegna puntuale e i fiori bellissimi, esattamente come da descrizione e come li avevo scelti. Dopo la consegna, che ho potuto tracciare, mi è arrivata una e-mail con la foto dei fiori acquistati.

The Flower Station was prompt, efficient and professional. My query was responded to immediately, the ordering process simple and straightforward. The plant was delivered when they said it would be. All in all excellent service. Thank you!

The completely wrong flowers were delivered to me. I ordered a sheaf for my husbands grave and got a bouquet in water which is no good at all. However, after contacting customer service, they reacted and responded very well to my disappointment. I would use them again as the actual flowers were beautiful just not displayed as per my order which was inappropriate for their intended use and caused unnecessary inconvenience and upset.

Flowers were good. Delivery time was awful...stated between 12-3pm arrived around 4.15pm. Not impressed.
