I placed an order to be delivered at my friend's address. At check out the delivery address was automatically changed the same as the billing address. I placed the order 7 days before delivery date I have tried contacting the company about the problem sending 2 emails with no response. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered at my address. Don't waste your money

Ordered flowers for same day delivery, it arrived after business hours when recipient already left work. Very disappointed as the whole purpose was to surprise her on the same day.. 2 stars for at least replying to my email quickly.

Anniversary flowers for my parents. Excellent service, had to do a change of address no problem ( my fault) and flowers arrived on time , lovely presentation and just like the photo online! Thank you so much 😊 Highly recommend

the overall tones of the flowers are darker than i expected. some lighter coloured flowers were replaced by darker flowers so i would not say it looks exactly like the flowers in the picture
