Very poor customer service today Ordered some shingle and probase from this store on 3rd. Website suggests 3-5 working day delivery - shingle will be delivered on Monday 16th - not counting the 3rd, thats 9 working days. Customer service that usually speaks is understanding - named Sheree. Her colleague however was very rude. I asked to cancel the order and was met with a change of tone. It is my consumer right to cancel - particularly if the terms of the initial purchase have been broken. Very poor service. Much prefer larger companies like Wickes who deal with this much faster. Lesson learned!

Really pleased with the service from paving superstore. We ordered two full pallets of slabs two different types. Porcelain slabs which we benefited from a sale and a cheaper 450x450 square slab. The porcelain slabs arrived promptly and there was not a blemish on any of them. The cheaper slabs took a little longer but only by a couple of days but a number were broken. The packaging between the slabs was vastly different, porcelain slabs cardboard wrapped every two, cheaper slabs mass packed together. The one thing that would be great would be if there was a little more information regarding delivery. At the time there was a warning message that things make take longer (they didn’t) but everything just appeared on the two delivery days and I was lucky to be in (busy road drive does not always have clear access). There is no doubt I would use paving superstore again and I have recommended to a number of friends.

It looks really lovely and feels strong and robust. It took a little longer to arrive than expected but they were helpful when I rang and delivery was straight forward.

I ordered 60 sq metres of 900x450 grey porcelain. Each tile was individually wrapped with corner protectors on each corner. I got the tiles really quickly and had great communication with the chap that runs the company. He kept me informed by call and text. Best of all the tiles are amazing. I also go the grout from paving superstore so it’s a perfect match! Recommend 100%

I requested a sample months ago which has never been received...so asking me to complete a survey on your service is pointless! Needless to say, I got paving stines from another company.

Delivery date kept slipping, updates unclear, cancelled order and got a refund after waiting over 2 months for the purchase.
