Ordered calibrated stones, got uncalibrated. Some also never arrived at all and some arrived broken. Absolute nightmare trying to resolve and took over a month. All they did was pass the buck to THEIR supplier and not get back to me. They never answer the phone in under an hour and just want constant email tennis. Eventually I just cut them out completely and went straight to their supplier to resolve the issue. Completely useless and pointless company. Advise you go to an actual supplier and not just a middle man who tack on a premium for themselves.

Lovely Yorkshire Cream Stones, packed neatly in a very strong bag which had flap covering the top which I needed for a few days, delivered by a very helpful and professional chap, nothing was too much trouble, thank you for the great service. Would highly recommend Paving Store and their products.

Ordered black porcelain outside tiles for a new patio. They arrived on time as promised and we're bought at a great price. Initially I thought they would have a wet look but they are more matt. They do look better than standard grey or buff but I would have liked them to have a wet look. They look fab when it's raining.

Our beautiful porcelain slabs arrived as agreed, they are stunning slabs and all look great down, we have done a patio and a path. The slabs are much stronger than the concrete ones and don’t break when you lay them. A great service at a great price! Thank you
