Supplier difficulty
Find it parts had difficulty with the supplier which delayed my shipment date. However, they found a new supplier and I received my part within two days. Great customer service.

not the same light shown.
Received a different light than what I ordered. I received a phone call from Customer service today saying they were going to make it right with me. I'm very impressed with their customer service and because of that I will be doing business with them in future.

The smell of China?
Product is great, magnetic tow lights, except I can't carry them in the truck because they SMELL SO BAD ! It seems to be the casing over the wires. Heavy duty for the price but what a smell.
