I had a small problem with shipping, customer support called me and took care of the situation.

Ordered PM150 side marker amber and red side marker trailer lights taking the leap of faith that the plugs on the back would match up with my old PM150 lights (male plugs on the side of the light - not middle). Well, apparently Peterson manufacturing changed the position of the plugs on their side marker lights to the middle and I can no longer plug new ones into the old harness on my boat trailer. After exhausting several attempts to find an exact match, I'll have to rewire new lights. A pic of the back of the light housing would've told me immediately that these are not 100% compatible.

Your shipping cost are way out of line, $13.37 for 2 little lights? you could use priority mail which would be $5.25 For $13.37 it took five days to deliver? very slow service.

I ordered from find it parts because the picture of the filter was a white color and I had found the same filter kit online on ebay but the pic was a yellow color for the small filter. I wanted the newer kit so I did not order from ebay. The cost on ebay was 90.00 with free shipping. When i got the kit from you guys it had the yellow small filter in it looks like I got the kit on ebay!!! Should have ordered from ebay and saved myself some money.

You have made a really great portal, where most of things seems happens automatically after customer places order - order confirmation, shipment tracking numbers etc. But we had a trouble with invoices in all steps and not only that: 1) it was a big problem for your manager to make prepayment invoice with our company details. 2) it was a problem to check that you have received money transfer from us (it was not Paypal transfer), it took more than week, 3) parts were shipped in 2 shipments (not in one as it was promised), and it caused to us double paper work with custom, 4) finally there where several mistakes in invoice which received custom. The biggest mistake was that bearing which had to cost 153$, in invoice by mistake cost 2153$. Extra 2000$ for which we paid 21% VAT tax and 7.5% custom tax, because we needed to get the parts asap. Now we will try to get this money back - again extra work because of your failure. :(

Staff is very knowledgeable. I live in hilo Hawaii and got my order in a few days. I was shocked. Thank you findit!
