restocking fee for their mistake
I bought a muffler for my dump truck. 300 dollars, part number and photo indicated it had two inlet pipes and one exhaust pipe. The muffler I received had one inlet pipe and one exhaust pipe. When I tried to return it they said fine, but they'll be a twenty percent restocking fee. For their mistake. I ended up spending two hours modifying the muffler, and installed it.

Good experience
I had a small inexpensive order for some rear turn signal truck lights to replace broken ones my 10-year-old vehicle. The price was better than anywhere else the shipping was faster than expected. No issues. I like them.
Poor Customer service
Finditparts has the worst customer service. I had an air valve fail twice. The first time it took three months to get replacement part. Now it has failed again and they will not honor the one-year warranty. Emails are unanswered. Phone calls or nothing but lies. He was supposed to send a return label and I never got it. Don’t ever do business with this company

The shipment sent to our company (Russia) was not delivered. This shipment was stopped in France and returned to FinditParts (consignment note 788715033424). FinditParts does not respond to the letters. We cannot contact the managers.
They suck big time
They suck big time. They take orders on their web site, send you a confirming accepting email then two days later demand you download and print a form, fill it out and send it back. The whole purpose of on line ordering is to avoid paperwork. There are plenty of ways to confirm credit card validity without going primitive. This Joe O. clown in their misnamed customer service made no attempt to validate my order in the usual manner. Do not do business with these people~
No help with an exchange
Ordered the wrong part. I wanted to exchange it and was told I would need to cover shipping cost between $60-$90 (depending on carrier) then would be charged a restocking fee. All this on a $140 part. Strongly suggest ppl shop somewhere that is more customer friendly. I requested a prepaid label and suggest the cost of that be deducted from the return. They refused. You know they did not pay $60 to ship it to me.

If you find a good review it's fake new. I ordered a part that they showed. The part I received was totally different. Had to pay shipping and a restocking fee. Total rip off.
