Terrible service

Terrible service Same story I read in a couple of other reviews.....ordered my part, which was shown to be 'in stock' on the website, paid for expedited delivery, looking for next day. next day, I received an email advising that the part was not in stock. I spoke with a customer service rep who told me that I should have called a salesperson, instead of ordering online? So what's the website for?

This company sells knowingly that there is no product...It's fraud company. After 5 days send me message, we don't have???,we can't contact??? Stay away from finditparts..

Viton oil seal for back engine plate of MGA “b” series engine.

Ordered a Viton oil seal on line for $25 and asked them to post it to me In England. Several days later I got an email saying I hadn’t collected it and was I still interested? I replied asking them to post it, and charge me for it. In total I got three reminder emails telling me I hadn’t collected it. If they think I am flying the North Atlantic to collect a $25 oil seal they have another think coming. As far as I can gather no one reads the emails and it is just a total waste of time. These clowns in my opinion couldn’t run a whelk stall!

Was told item was in stock, after paying I got email saying 6 months wait.

I needed a pair of Mico brake calipers. Their price was $426.67 for the pair, which is very good. Called to ask delivery time and was told 3-4 weeks. Paid online and a couple of days later I received an email saying the item wasn't in stock and it would take 120 business days (6 months) for delivery. I called the Mico factory and they said they could ship them in 3 weeks to a retailer. I had to request an order cancellation from FindItParts and am now waiting for a refund, so I can order them elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE....

BUYER BEWARE....Ordered parts from this company on a Thursday the expected ship date was Friday. On Monday no updates were made to my tracking so I submitted a tracking request. They said that it would not ship until Tuesday. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone they said that there was nothing that they could do. I asked for a shipping upgrade and the response I received was "if you pay for it". I said I wouldn't order from the company again and the response I received to that was "that's ok". So.... long story short it will take 2 weeks to get a part that I should have had in 3 to 5 days.....

Hard to find parts made easy.

Hard to find parts made easy. I've been able to find some very obscure semi truck parts here. Overnight shipping isn't too much seeing that my money maker is sitting in the shop.

This Company is run by Greedy Crooks

They really screwed me over when I ordered 2 simple knobs at 5 bucks each and under a lb in weight..my total order came out to 13 dollars with tax...but then after I approved the $13.00 they went and added a ridiculous shipping fee of $13.00 through Fed ex. and while we're both in the same location of southern calif...that is pure Greed and I do hope that Karma makes them pay 100 times that amount

Worst company I ever tried to do bisness with

I ordered a Haldex Filter and it was the wrong one. Paid $32.00 postage to return it and can't get my return credit. I have $150.00 invested so far and I guess it is lost.I hope they choke on the money they STOLE

I ordered 3 Allison transmission…

I ordered 3 Allison transmission solenoids from them and 1 was defective. Now my truck is still down and they want me to pay for return shipping, they are going to sent it back to supplier (more time down) then the supplier will send them a new one to send to me. They are a GARBAGE company to deal with!

Horrible Company

Ordered a item, and paid extra for next day air priority. It charged my card immediately. They took 4 days, and 5 emails to process it (they only responded when threatened with leaving negative reviews) . After they told me that the part was shipping later today, they said the part was not in stock, and would take an additional week to get the part, and then would only send it by ground shipping (3-5 business days). I recommend you avoid this company at all costs! They do not keep parts in stock, and take at least 4 days to respond to a basic question.
