Wrong Address/Shipment not received I input my shipment destination to Indonesia,but instead my shipment was sent to Vernon California, I noticed something wrong, so i sent an email and several reminders to the customer service email, but no response.until now.

Do not buy from this web site, I order a switch for 29,95 and said was free shipping and after was bought they changed the price adding a 2,95 handling fee plus 10,95 shipping which came up more than the price on the dealership

Giving 4 stars because they did get me …

Giving 4 stars because they did get me an axle for my truck which was very hard to find and they did it at a really good price so im very happy with that. only thing that could have had a little improvement was the shipping details that i didnt get until after the part had already arrived. other than that overall happy using find it parts and will do so again in the future and will also recommend them to others.

I will never use this company again, please remove me from your email list. I never got a response from your customer service. and my parts were delayed in shipping and then not shipped as were told in delayed email. when questioned about delay and refund I got no response not a company I trust with my CUSTOMERS satisfaction . but thanks for showing me where your customers stand I choose not to be one. please remove me from your list

Excessive return and restocking charges!

The part I ordered arrived in a timely manner in good condition, but it turned out not to meet my needs and FindItParts did not have an alternative part I could use, so I made arrangements on line to return the part in the manufacturer's unopened plastic packaging it came in. It was at this point that I discovered that I would be charged 20% for restocking and I believe for the shipping to me which was originally no charge. I find this excessive and far below the policies and customer service I receive from other on-line companies like Amazon. I will never order anything from FIP again. Unsatisfied.

Placed one order on 10/31 for 4 items

Placed one order on 10/31 for 4 items; 2 wheel rims, valve stems and a valve core remover. First wheel came in 2 days! Second, took 4 business days. Still waiting for the other two items, which tracking shows shipped separately to arrive tomorrow and Thursday, 6 and 7 days. Customer was less than happy that it took so long. Don't understand why, at least the wheels didn't arrive together.
