I ordered this over two weeks ago, and still have not received it.

The fabric of the sweater is so soft and also warm

I placed this order December 2nd, tracking stopped updating after December 17. It is December 22 and I have no idea where it is or if it will be here in time for the holidays.

I had to return an item due to the size being too small. I emailed the company and in less than 24 hours they had responded and got my item exchanged and shipped out! They even told me to keep the other item and donate it! All in all my experience with sparkpaw has been great! Will be ordering from them in the future.

My purchase was smaller than expected and the replacement process for another size was very easy. I highly recommend Spark Paws.

I previously wrote a review based on long shipping times. The company reached out to me and went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate their efforts and support. They earned a five star review for service after the sale. I write a lot of reviews and have never updated one to increase my rating. There were obviously some challenges and backlogs caused by the holiday shipping bottleneck. This company communicated with me right away and took care of it. After reviewing some of the other reviews, I’m glad they reached out. It appears that my experience with shipping time is a one off and this is a good company whose products have created a reputable brand and many happy pet parents.

Chesca answered my email so quickly and was so nice in saying that we could gift the wrong items to a dog shelter this is where they are going! I know that is probably the policy but it was so nice to hear. Chesca is helpful and lovely, I could feel the warmth in her email, it wasn't a chore to actually what was needed rather than just giving lip service and doing nothing.
