I ordered this on November 30 and I still haven’t received it on December 21st.

They do not honor their return/refund policy. I purchased a hoodie and dog pajama, and my pup would not wear the pajama. My items arrived on Dec. 20 & their "Seasonal Return Policy" states the deadline for all returns for full refund is Dec 20th. I emailed customer service notifying them I did not receive my items before their deadline and they refused to provide a refund!! False advertising on refunds! They wanted to give me a gift card and I declined. Horrible customer service and policies. Would not purchase from again. Second, these products ship from China. It will take 2-3 weeks before you receive your order.

Don't do it!!!!! The shipping took forever, I received my product on the 19th, sizing was HORRIBLE, went to ask for a refund and they said they can't refund Christmas PJ's after the 20th even though I just received the product the day before. Now I'm stuck with expensive pj's that I can't even put on my dog because they refuse to refund and are just telling me to exchange it for something else that I don't want. Waste of money. Horrible customer service.

Still waiting for my purchase and the tracking is either not being updated or my package hasn't moved in 10 days.

I ordered this on December 2nd, said 10-13 day shipping time. Now it is 19 days past order date and it keeps saying in transit to next destination. No description of where the next destination is. An expected delivery date nothing.

Customer service was amazing. SparkPaws has earned themselves a loyal customer. The doggy sweater I purchased for my American Bully was to small, however, a swift response from customer service turned into such an easy, seeming less exchange. The material quality for the sweaters are great! I appreciate their thoroughness, efficiency, and willingness to help the customer out. Thank you SparkPaws!

Quick response and problem resolved

I had an issue with one of the hoodies I purchased for my dog and I was going to return it, instead they let me keep it and they got me the size that I wanted and free shipping. Thank you guys!
