Great well made products, and when I needed to exchange them for new sizes they were super helpful

You need to be honest about shipping and RECEIVING times. Winter will be over before I recieve my orders. I love the quality, I have ordered before, but it has never taken this long to receive my orders.

I was very disappointed with the return policy. I didn’t like the fact that my order was not what I expected. I send back 3 hoodies and an ear covering and I will get back 2 hoodies one ear covering and one hat that I didn’t order. If they have the time to read the emails. I wanted the checkered hoodie and they send me a hat for a 100 pounds dog… my fog is 30 pounds. I will never buy again.

Delivery was slow and not in time for Christmas, but when the product did finally arrive the quality was really nice. If you need it by a certain date, be sure to give yourself plenty of time.

I have no idea where this package is or how to track it.

The quality of the items was great. I was disappointed in how long it took to ship and the inability to know an estimated delivery date.

My package has made no progress in 17 days. It will miss the holiday delivery.
