When I accidentally ordered the wrong size, this company helped me and ordered the right size for me. They even let me keep the old size I had, which I was able to give to my friend’s dog! The quality of the hoodies are soooo good and it’s so cute, I rlly love it. I’ll definitely order more for my dog!

The Size wasn’t good and so they helpt me and send me real quick a new one that fit much better. The fabric is really good The service is also very good

These are the cutest doggie jacket/clothes! I also had a slight mishap and they were really great getting it straightened out. Our Golden Retriever looks like a little working man in his hoodie and tan work vest!:)

Asking for a review before the product is received?!?.... ridiculous....

I placed an order Dec 4 th. And still didn’t receive my package for Christmas gift.

Amazing customer service when one set was too small on our first purchase. The PJ’s are such good quality great colours on the print. Pugs look super cute We needed large and extra large for 35 and 40 cm backs.

I placed an order on December 6 and still to this day have no idea where it is, when it will arrive, nothing. I’ve been emailing the spark paws team for weeks now and all I keep getting told is how sorry they are for the delay. They’re working tirelessly on my order, but yet no one can tell me where it’s at despite asking 10 times now. Based on their website, it stated they were in California but come to find out these items are from China. The tracking info I was sent still shows my package in China as of December 6 and it is now December 20. This is honestly been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online retailer. I am worried now that the item will arrive and what happens if it doesn’t fit? I will never give this company my business ever again!

Purchase was easy, and the measurements really simple to understand. Today the purchase arrived, delivery was smooth and friendly. The quality of the product is above my expectations. Firs perfectly. I will buy something else soon again. 5*

Shipping time was very long - placed my order December 6th and it still will not arrive in time for christmas. This is not a custom made item so this is unacceptable.
