Ordered 4 items from this site only to be disappointed and upset with their customer service. The dog sizing if off as a L doesn’t fit my 9kg cockapoo. I think they know their sizing is off as their website offers easy free returns of exchanges on first orders in order to ensure correct dog sizing which appears to be a lie. I have tried to instigate an exchange to get a bigger size for my dog but you have to email them. I did this and sent all the info and got a reply asking for my order number which was already in the email I had sent. I replied and sent it again and haven’t ever heard back. The number on their site is a dud and doesn’t work so can say right about now this company seems to be scam and I would avoid at all costs! Not being able to exchange or return I feel violates my rights as a UK purchaser and as these items weren’t cheap I am more than upset about the service here. Please avoid.
