I did not receive the adult pajamas and it took forever to get it and now they will not be here before Christmas. I am extremely disappointed.

Absoultly thrilled with the quality and customer service, i recieved my item and realized it was a tad too big, the team was amazing at getting me the right size and I will be ordering lots more! Can’t say enough good things! Cute cozy and amazing customer service Highly recommend !!

I chose the wrong size. I emailed about exchanging, and the service rep was prompt and extremely helpful. The return was easy and the turn around time was great.

My experience with SparkPaws has been phenomenal! I have only positive things to say about my interactions with support, the ease of shopping, and the product quality. I wear my hoodie pretty much daily. My dogs also love their hoodies and they look SO cute!! I will be a repeat customer for sure.

The worst experience I have ever had.I placed an order in mid-November and had to exchange it for a smaller size. One month later, I have not yet received my order. I will never purchase anything from this company in the future.

Never got an email notification, I had to reach out and now purchase will be delayed.
