I ordered on Dec 6 was assured it would be delivered before Christmas. I asked about shipping issues. I was told not to worry so I proceeded to order all of my Christmas gifts from Spark Paws. It was not shipped until late yesterday!! With no communication. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I asked to have part of my order cancelled as it will be no good to me after Christmas. Still no response. I spent my entire budget and the likelihood of it arriving before Christmas is pretty low. I would have made other arrangements if there had been any chance it wouldn’t arrive. I am actually pretty heartbroken. The Christmas pajamas will have to be returned 3 dog and 1 human. I asked to have them cancelled with no response. This has been a terrible experience. It would be fine if it was any other time of year. Christmas pajamas are only useful at Christmas time. I certainly couldn’t recommend for these reasons alone. I’m sure the products are great, but spark paws caused so much stress. I just can’t believe it took that long to ship! I get fedex, ups and purolator deliveries regularly with no difficulties, there really is no excuse.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear a new sweater was being shipped even though the original was not required to be returned. I will definitely donate the original sweater to my local shelter. Thank you for being a company that understands how a strike may affect a customer. Well done.

Honestly I’ve never been more impressed with customer service in my life! I ordered the wrong size by quite a large margin and was so worried about my husband and dogs matching hoodie set I got them for Christmas. I ordered an XL for my American Lab instead of the 3XL I needed (my fault for not reading the size chart appropriately), and contacted customer service, they not only responded the next day, but also sent me out a replacement free of charge and for a generous and understandable one time only, allowed for me to keep the original so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of sending the smaller one back. I was floored by how easy to deal with, kind and amazing this company is! Not to mention the hoodies are high quality and the softest hoodies we own lol

This is my first purchase but won't be my last. I purchased the matching set of hoodies for my dog and myself. My Hoodia didn't fit and they happily exchanged it for me. Excellent customer service and quality products.
