Great selection of items, I find it quite difficult to find the right sizes for my Great Dane but Spark Paws make it very easy!

I ordered this as a Christmas gift in early December and it is already December 17 and I have not received my order yet. My wife ordered the same item from Amazon and received her order 2 days after ordering. There is no tracking so I have no idea where my order is or when I will receive it.

During this hectic holiday shopping time, Spark Paws warmed my heart by telling me to regift my return/exchange items or donate them to a local dog shelter in need. I absolutely appreciate Spark Paws for being so generous and kind and that I don’t have to stand in the long lines at the Post Office so close to Christmas. You sent my order to the wrong address. I do not live in Florida. My address is 3035 Farner Ct, Riverwoods IL 60015, United States. You sent my other orders to the right address. What happened?

Cherrie (customer service) was so sweet and the company made it super easy to make an exchange for my dog’s hoodie. (I accidentally ordered the wrong size). They sent me the correct, larger size and also told me to go ahead and keep the smaller size as well, to give it to a shelter or dog in need. And I surely will =)

Good product but expect lengthy wait times for shipping as it originates from china. Ill be looking for something different next time. Made in the USA different.
