I reached out to exchange three of my items since they were too small for the doggos and the support team, especially Chesa, was outstanding! They were very prompt with their reply and assistance which i greatly appreciated! What shocked me the most was that they didn’t ask to return the products back to them but instead donate it or gift it to another dog. Their generosity was heartwarming. I wasn’t really feeling the Christmas spirit this year but they inspired me to continue sharing some of my blessings as well :) Thank you so much again Sparkspaws team! I had an issue with sizing on my first order. My email was responded to extremely quickly. Customer service was very kind, helpful, and took care of the exchange process seamlessly. I had never ordered from here before, but plan to be a return customer!

In all my years of shopping this exceeds everything I have experienced. I had a lovely jacket of good quality for our dog. When it came I had the wrong size. I contacted the company straight away and had an instant reply from their lovely customer service. She stated another jacket would be sent to me if the correct size as soon as possible.
