Hi I am so happy with my ashguard bike shed, it had easy to follow instructions and they were easy to follow, the communication I had with you beforehand was excellent you gave me a correct time slot and even though we were going through COVID and it took a while to arrive, it arrived when you said so thankyou

Good product but I must say the post…

Good product but I must say the post sales care when we had an issue with the lock left room for improvement. Initially we thought a date for repair had been booked in but no-one turned up and on ringing customer services disappointed that no-one had arrived it seems there had been an admin error. Subsequent promises of call backs on several occasions did not materialise but the issue was thankfully finally resolved several weeks later. The issue seems to be communication between customer care and the fitters.

What a great product and service

What a great product and service, delivery driver was very friendly and helpful, very quick and easy to assemble. Gives you a strong feeling of security. Plenty of space for the bikes and accessories. I would definitely recommend.

Great from start to finish!

Asgard were great from start to finish. Clean and clear website. Regular updates with delivery time. Super end product. My bikes are safe, secure and hidden away in a discrete box. Perfect.

Metal bike shed for 29ers.

Update: They got in touch with me after they saw this review and have apologised, offered to send another panel within a week or send me some shelves and hooks. I took the shelves and hooks. I believe them to be sincere given their quick response and subsequent actions. This is very good customer service. (They have not chased me to update this review either!). Reviews on their site are hand picked. Waited a long time for delivery (as stated and expected due to COVID). However, got the wrong panel for the back so had to redrill holes, not wanting to wait so long for a new part. Other holes on panels unaffected by the incorrect part selection, also required redrilling. I told them about these problems, left a review and heard nothing back. Theoretically a good product but poorly manufactured and customer service is poor. Look for an alternative.

No communication, no delivery

We ordered our unit on the 15th May and had confirmation on the 19th. She finally had an email at the end of June stating delivery would be the 23rd July. We then received a phone call to say that not all the panels had made it on to the lorry and that delivery would now be the 31st July. On the 29th July I received a phone call to say that as our lane was narrow it would not be possible to deliver in an Asgard lorry and that the unit as being sent to a fitter who would then deliver to us. On the 31st July the unit did not turn up and so I called as to why to be told that I had received no such call and that the unit was being despatched to Harlow and I would receive a call on or about the 5th August to arrange delivery. So I assume that the panels that did make it on to the lorry had been returned to Asgard. I emailed customer services on the 3rd August but I have not received a reply or the unit. Today (11th August) I called Tracey who told me that the unit was still at Asgard and was being sent to Harlow on the 24th August, what happened to the 5th and why was I not informed. Apparently she is going to look into this and call me back. I am now worried as to the condition of this unit after reading previous reviews and not sure that I want to go ahead with delivery from a company that has no regard or consideration to its customers. I dread there being damage and I have to go through getting replacements. What I cannot work out is why when it should have been delivered on the 23rd July it is still at Asgard. They have had my money since the 15th May and this is just not acceptable.

Asgard Additions Bike Store

Great secure bike store. Delivered when they said they would, driver very helpful. Store went together perfectly with no hassle except one screw on door hinge, which stuck halfway in and wouldn’t move. They promptly sent out a very helpful engineer who sorted the problem quickly. Very impressed with the company as a whole.

I received my asgard bike suitable for…

I received my asgard bike suitable for 3 bikes yesterday after waiting for 2 months. When putting the base down we noticed my 16 year old daughter's bike won't fit in length if straight. My husband's bike just. I read the dimensions before buying, but hadn't realized it possibly more for sports bikes rather than city bike dimensions. When I rung Asgard to change over for a larger shed I was informed they will deduct 30% of the value for returning a not used shed even so I want to buy a new one. I think the hype over Asgard bike sheds is unjustified and I never had such an expensive return for a bike shed that doesn't fit bikes.

Great British standards and quality

Great British standards, Honest and hard working, amazing stuff. Even with Covid hell going on there was constant honest responses to any query. The product is very well made and very fit for purpose, I wish I bought one years ago. Other companies should treat their customers and communicate in the same way Asgard does. Thank you Asgard.

14 WEEK WAITING TIMES - AVOID!

No shed yet - this star is based on the interactions to date; first I had to wait 4 days from payment for a confirmation email, and now I learn the ‘slight delay’ mentioned on the site due to Covid 19 is in fact a 12-14 WEEK wait! This was in no way communicated to me at purchase. We all appreciate the NHS support but communications here are frankly pathetic, and Asgardss is still aggressively marketing the sheds despite not being able to produce them. I’m now looking for alternatives.
