Absurd and surreal customer service
We ordered the shed back on Nov 24 and were told that the order would have taken quite a while to be processed and shipped. After 2 months of silence, we got in touch with Asgard and to our surprise we were told that a glitch in the system had cancelled our order and they did not catch that in time. Just thanks to our call they realized the mistake, and they promised us to be delivering our shed in 1 month. Today, we received an email saying the delivery is late for a month. We will be on holiday that week, adding further stress and inconvenience. We think Asgard's service is utterly disgraceful, unprofessional and disorganized, considering that we have spent nearly a grand on a shed that hasn't arrived yet, this issue is forcing us to keep our bikes in the living room.

A fairer outcome in the end.
I had a problem with a fault that developed with the door handle on a 6 year old Annex storage shed, meaning we could not access our bikes. Initially I had misgivings about how Asgard went about resolving the issue, as the failure was not through someone trying to break into the shed, but for an unknown mechanical reason. However, I would like to thank Helen Finnigan who took the matter seriously. She put a real effort into getting the matter resolved quickly and organising an arrangement that felt much more equitable. So my two daughters are now very happy to finally being able to ride the bikes they got for Christmas!
