Can not contact them to cancel the impressions kit. Came across terrible reviews and went to cancel immediately. When you call it says to email, then when you email it says to open a ticket. When you open a ticket it says 5-7 business days. Literally can't get anyone on the line. They shipped this same day, which is a plus for anyone who goes through with it. Doesn't leave me much hope for costumer service if I did go through with this though!
A Lack of Communication
I waited almost 2 months for someone to finally realize that my order did not get sent. I received multiple notifications to purchase, even though I had already bought my retainers. When I commented on one of the emails saying that I already purchased, and if they could check on my retainers, suddenly everything went back in motion. I received an email mentioning my retainer and nowhere did it mention a hold on my order. I was charged my monthly bills and yet I had no retainers coming or in the mail.
