Byte has been very easy to navigate and execute the goal of having straighter teeth. I will say the customer service was great and timely, however, I would have benefited from knowing from the get-go what Byte was able to do with my teeth instead of halfway through the process not being able to do some of the things we originally planned on doing. Byte is a great experience and option for anyone who has a simple fix and doesn’t want to spend a fortune, I have very much enjoyed my Byte experience. Thank you byte team and I look forward to seeing the outcome we have settled upon!

From purchase to shipment

The whole buying experience was well organized and I felt very informed through the whole process. The only knock I give is for shipping. I received a shipping notification when the shipping label was created but the actual shipment didn’t happen until 4 days after. That’s too much time to spend in suspense.

screwed out of treatment due to technicality

my 11 week / aligner plan turned into a year and 19 aligners. aligner 19 left a huge gap in front teeth. went back to 18 while i waited what i knew would be weeks for new aligners to come in... again.. 4th set would be needed. when i told them i went back to 18 because i didn't want to walk around for weeks with a new gap i've never had, they told me to continue treatment i'd have to pay $1000 because i deviated from their plan. went back to aligner 19 and they didn't care. i broke their rules, they'd no longer assist unless i paid $1000. now i have gaps, and have to wear aligners that didn't fix my teeth for the rest of my life.
