Poor service and fraudulent activity.

The byte associate (Erika) who is supposed to help you, decided to place the order for my aligners without my permission. She also decided to add on the insurance charge which is $850. She quoted me $2099 for all night aligners when we spoke and proceeded to charge $2599 to the credit card instead. It’s untrustworthy and fraudulent. When I asked to cancel the order a few hours after I got the receipt (before going to production) she proceeded to say she can refund the insurance and didn’t acknowledge that I wanted the entire order cancelled as I no longer wanted to do business with this company. I reached out to customer service who said they’d get back to me in 1-2 days. It’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing from them either.

Quick response time and received items quickly. I only wish they would tell me more about the plan with my aligners. I know how to use them, that was explained, but I’m not sure what adjustments they are making.

I'm in the 1st phase of this experience and still have not received my aligners. Thus far the company has been very professional, fast and knowledgeable. I am excited to see the results.
