I needed the extra details of the molds what they should look like sooner. Overall i may need to redo the molds. "Impressions " I like the kit but need more details because i am not experienced in this.

Ad said 17.95 then I was charged 19.95 then it said I'd get my money back if insurance didn't cover it. Well insurance didn't cover it.

Scam

Scam. I received text messages and emails stating I qualified for the Byte Alingers. I made my down payment of $299 to only receive another email a week later saying I don’t qualify and will be refunded only when the “Refund Department” reaches out to me. My down payment money should have never been asked for until you guys were sure I could be a candidate. Scammers

No Tracking Info. available

I am yet to receive my aligners. Even worse, when I click on the tracking update, it says no tracking details available for this item. I’m hoping I didn’t get catfished out of over $2,000.00.
