Sent wrong color board, top and bottom of snowboard in pic was black and black bottom. Board I received was blue and white bottom. Geoff blames GNU for giving them the wrong pic. If your gonna sell online you have to send what is shown in the photo or have a large disclaimer. Now I'm mad my bindings don't match my board and the snobs at Grizzlies will laugh while they sip their whipped top White Russians

I bought a pair of snowboard boots from Eric's and they were delivered fast and in perfect condition after sending the same style back to another vender that looked worn and $80 more expensive. Would recommend Eric's to anyone!

The snowboard pants I ordered ended up being way too large and for some reason there was absolutely no way to adjust the waist size. So I returned them and was refunded promptly. If there had been more details on the product page I might have discovered the issue before I purchased the product. I will not shop for any similar items on this site in the future.

Excellent and efficient process I ordered online and returned aty local store as I didn't like the fit.

The price was unbeatable and the skis are great. Arrived with the box ripped open and the skis loose, but surprisingly undamaged. Some basic stuffing and more tape would go a long way.

I live in Arizona and ordered a bike from Erik's. Shipping was free and fast. The bike came without delay and was exactly as described. I had a question about the seat post size and called Erik's for help. Like me, they could not find anything online regarding the size. The employee took my name and contacted the warehouse to have someone physically measure the post from a like bike. They called me back within 30 minutes with the results.
