It seems to be a very good product and the delivery time was less then 2 days. I am very pleased with it

The phone volume control is faulty and has to be moved about till it works

It was easy to order and arrived quickly, the phone is for my Mum who has had a stroke her right side affected. The big buttons will be easier to use with her left hand and her right as she gets movement back. Mum is also hard of hearing so hopefully she will hear people better when they phone

Nice big buttons, good amplification, photos are a big help for my dad with his dementia. Only criticism is getting to voicemail messages and using the menu to access or setup the options is beyond my mum & dads comprehension.

Easy to use phone except for message button which needs pressing quite hard….difficult for an old pereson

Good product and a good price

The telephone was for my mum who is extremely deaf, it was nice to ring her and she actually heard me. That will make a big difference to her life.
