Not to impressed with the phones as we bought these for the mother-in-law thinking she would hear better but after setting up, which was straight forward, the volume didn’t seem much better than her old phones, the boost button does help a bit but seems to distort the voice.

Quick delivery . Easy to set up although had to look up pairing of handset on the internet . Works fine for all of us . My husband who has Alzheimer’s finds the picture prompts useful .

Am hoping this phone will help to keep the recipient safe as he has dementia - was a bit fiddly to set up tbh, but hopefully worth while. Photos are extremely small, I found it better to type out names, each to their own. Thank you for producing this type of easy to use mobile.

I ordered this telephone for my mother who is very hard of hearing and can have difficulty hearing the telephone ring and hearing what people on the phone are saying. This telephone is perfect for her, she can hear it when it rings and has no problem hearing the person on the line.
