Goods were delivered on time and very quickly. System seems to work well and you can turn the volume up easily whilst talking. The only problem was the instructions were printed in an extremely small typeface and were difficult to read.

It was for my husband who is in hospital, this phone is very easy for him to use.i am so glad we found it as now we can communicate easily. Thank you

I ordered a phone for my father who is very hard of hearing. The spec stated the conversation volume was much louder than normal phones. On connection though, my father found it no better. There was a volume booster on the handset but this needed to be pressed every time and doubled as an SOS button. It was not at all suitable fir a very elderly person with limited hearing and poor eyesight. Much more concerning though was the fact that the phone was not new. The packaging and instructions were crumpled and there were two telephone numbers already in the phone book. This was unacceptable for a phone that had cost nearly double the price of an 'ordinary' one. On a plus side the company were quick to respond to my request to send it back, the procedure was easy and the full refund was prompt.

This telephone was very easy to set up and use and is perfect for the elderly visually impaired.

Bought for my 94 year old Mum whose eyesight is impaired and her hearing, although she won’t admit it. She said the phones are good and she can hear perfectly with the amplifier at the side to move up or down volume. It also speaks to her when she is dialling out to make sure she has hit the right button. This was a big problem with her other phone as she kept misdialling numbers.

My Dad cannot get it to work... It's supposed to be easy to use. It's been a nightmare. The instructions are complex, to say the least. Hopefully, when I go up there I'll get it working.

Company sells used/returned products. The phones arrived in tattered/broken boxes. Damage was not done through transit as outside packaging was fine. Really disappointing!
