Mum is hard of hearing, so we ordered these phones to replace the Panasonic ones. Sadly they are no louder and therefore a waste of money. I really thought they would be loud, both ringing and listening.

Excellent service from start to finish! No problem whatsoever, they answered any questions I had promptly and professionally, and notified me as promised when item was back in stock. Can’t get the two other hand set to connect to the the main phone so I. Can’t used them

We are left with a phone system that doesn’t work, hand set won’t register and the hand set that registered those phoning you can’t hear you! The base unit works. If you can’t pack and pay for insurance and tracking in absolute original condition it is as costly returning! Customer service is an absolute joke when reporting faults and asking for return code! I would rather pay for delivery and have free returns if not suitable but it seems the policy is to get the goods out the door and restrict returns ☹️ Unfortunately the phone description doesn’t match performance. This company should have a buyer beware headline!! Be warned

Good price and prompt service. Being able to speak to a human being on the telephone which seems to be a rarity these days, many thanks to Molly. I am very pleased with the scope and performance of the product so far.

The phones are good, but the instructions booklet is too small to read. Also the ringtones are bloody awful
