Found it hard to navigate settings

The phones were no louder for my mother, despite this being the main selling point and the buttons were not good for elderly fingers and too easy to press simultaneously. We have had to replace these phones with her previous ones and my mother has been caused considerable distress.

The delivery was fine, phones are terrible, can't hear anyone speaking, when phones ring they are loud but you struggle trying to hear what people are saying & you cannot alter this, they were supposed to be able to use up to 300 metres but they don't, a few metres away from the base the phone line just crackles & usually cuts the call off. Wouldn't recommend these phones to anyone

The telephone was for my mother who is both blind and deaf (hearing aids) the unit works as described and is now in constant use once it was set up to her needs
