My experience began when I attempted to order the telephone from a retail online company previously used and almost became a scam victim. Our son said we should go direct to the manufacture instead, so we did. The Royal Mail delivery was on time and I am still getting the hang of using the phone. Hubby has dementia and uses a hearing aid so he won’t touch the gadget at the moment. The buttons are easy to see and the speaker is louder than our previous BT phone.

Phone as expected. Service very good

Very good product and as described. Packaging and delivery also very good. Technical backup and help first class if required but instruction manual is easy to understand.
