Delivered day before expected. Easy to set up. My husband wears hearing aids and was able to hear using the speaker facility which really was a plus and boosted his confidence in using the phone. Larger in size but subdued finish makes it less intrusive. A good product. Thank you.

I purchased these wireless headphones for my husband who is very hard of hearing after comparing many different brands and we are delighted with them. The TV volume is now at a comfortable level for the family and he is able to adjust the headphones to a level whereby he can hear things he hadn't heard before....a doorbell and phones ringing, footsteps etc. We would most definitely recommend the product s we'll as the company. Easy website to use with clear and honest descriptions of product. Fast delivery too.....excellent company and product

Had to contact you as order was late. When I contacted u was told order still in post office. I paid for an early delivery no refund. Charger that came with phone does not fit. Disgusting service will not recommend.

Service incredibly prompt - excellent, thank you. The clock does what it says - is loud, and its use as a torch is an added bonus. Only slight niggle about the product is that it is rather unstable and seems to end up on the floor when I try to see the time during the night.

I am Deaf and have been since birth, My old phone was good but the ring was too low ,So I would miss peple calling me. But my Emporia Smart 6, It is much louder. I am older and I have never had a Smart Phone before, It comes with a big Manual, Chargeing unit, A case, Lead And A key. Very good for the money.Due to being Deaf. I was able to save on paying VAT. So £66.50. So you have to fill out a form claiming that you are Disabled.
