Great service and it’s an ideal phone for my mum with the amplifier option.

Item sadly wasn't suitable for my husband I returned item & received refund the next day Would definitely use this firm again

The company is OK bur I was hoping the make louder would have given me a bit more volume

My mother was unable to hear phone clearly on its loudest volume when it rang. Her old phone was louder so had to stick with her original one.

Haven’t yet figured out how everything works, but am very impressed with the volume and size of the keys. So far, so good. Was delivered on time and no problems in setting it up.
