Excellent help with documents on a Friday just before the close of wok

I spoke with someone today to see if they can help me get a issue resolved with the IRS and unauthorized person that filed my taxes and has claimed money that is owed to me and I want to know how did they get access to my information on my W-2 form. I pray that they can help me get this resolved because I can pay off some of my bills. This is so sad for people to do stuff like that to hard working people.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were NOT worth the almost 10K I have spent. Two years and still no tax returns to sign or news from the IRS. They only care about the money and not the customer. Tax Rise are nothing more than bottom feeders who pray on your fear and when you're the most vulnerable.

My Onboarding Specialist Steve Malo was a pleasure to work with. Steve had to call me multiple times as I was very busy with work and also fell ill. I appreciate his communication, follow up, and immense patience with me during this process that should have only been a few minutes of our time. I'm happy about my decision to become a client with TaxRise. My experience with Steve was a part of that!

The phone connection was spotty but I used the portal and I got through. Overall the call was good.

I joined Taxrise back in October 2024 with a tax debt of $23000.00 including interest. Taxrise took my $500 deposit and soon after told me it would be $7700 for their services, I filled out all the forms and they said they would be working with the IRS, and it could be a few months before we hear anything concerning a payment plan. Well its February now and despite multiple calls and emails they have not responded to me what-so-ever. Now I have my 2024 taxes coming up, and I need to know how to file these based on this resolution agreement, but no response. After reading the number of complaints, I am getting concerned and can only hope they are doing what they state they are, but it would be nice to hear from them...
