Smashed tiles
Ordered 4 different sample tiles from Porcelain Superstore. 2 of the 4 were badly smashed on arrival, the sample tiles I ordered from 2 other companies all arrived intact. It doesn't bode well for placing an order for 70 square meters unfortunately.

Bought over 200 patio slabs
Bought over 200 patio slabs. More than 80 were cracked or broken. Because we did not inspect them at the time we recieved them they will not given us a refund on the broken ones or replace them. Sent them numerous photos and videos showing damage happened during delivery or before. Would not recommend this company. Awful customer service.
Half of my order was a little bit late
Half of my order was a little bit late. This was a little bit inconvenient as we had made arrangements to be home on the planned delivery date and were at work the day after. However, Emily from Customer Services kept me updated and they were delivered to my neighbour safely. Would have been helpful to have been told that only half the order was delivered (the first half came in two boxes so we didn't realise it was only half) so that we could have arranged to be home for a second day. But they're lovely tiles, worth the wait :-)

Fantastic customer service from real people.
Sample order tiles are big enough to make a choice from (unlike elsewhere) so went on to order from Porcelain Superstore. Customer service was fantastic especially from Emily. Sorted out slight issue same day! (not porcelain superstores fault, but the manufacturer) Only placed a small order but still felt valued, will be ordering from them again when we get round to kitchen and bathrooms.

Fantastic tiles and fantastic service. My order arrived on the allocated date. Special shout out to the legend that is Lesley who replaced a number of tiles that had arrived damaged by the haulier. Customer service was 5 star!
£800 of damaged tiles but having to fight for a refund
8 out of 10 expensive boxes of tiles broken(chips at corners and hairline cracks).Customer service making it as difficult as possible to get a refund.This company expect you to check all tiles on delivery which is impossible when extremely heavy pallet of stacked boxes arrives.Unless you write damaged on delivery form they don't want to knows!So far have received approx £800 of useless damaged tile.The tiles I ordered have the most complex grained design on so the only way to show hairline cracks is to break them along each crack.Sent 2 photos they asked for photos of all tiles so literally had to cover my lawn with broken tiles into 16 jigsaws(took 4 hours)and sent 16 pictured of separate tiles to prove they were all broken.Even then after doing what they asked they try to blame it on the tiler who I had watched check and show me damage on each tile before trying to cut in half to salvage unbroken parts.Now I am going through credit card company to claim money back.The customer service adviser Liz was very aggressive in her approach and took no responsibility for damage.She told me if I remove my negative review upon her checking it's gone she would give partial refund...guessing that's why there are some positive reviews on here as people have to write something nice to get their money back.Pretty much most reviews detail broken tiles on arrival I will let you draw your own conclusions.

Amazing customer services
Had a few samples delivered a couple months ago which were full size samples. Ordered the tiles both wall and floor last Thursday delivery came on Monday unfortunately there was a few boxes damaged . Customer services via phone we’re brilliant and Liz for helping re organize more tiles to be sent out . Can’t fault this company . Would use them again .
