Lovely friendly staff and very helpful. Absolutely love my new kitchen tiles!

Very pleasant experience with Porcelain Superstore. I was hesitant of buying tiles online but after seeing the samples we decided to follow through and are delighted with the quality of the both the floor and wall tiles we ordered. Special mention to Carolyn who was incredibly helpful. Thank you again, Peter and Maureen.

I ordered two sets of tiles, both shown as in stock on the website and available for delivery in 3 to 5 working days. 1 day after I placed my order I got a message saying one of the tiles was out of stock and would only be available in 10 working days. After some back a forth, to which they always took about 24 hours to reply to, they refunded me and finally shipped the other tiles (4 days after I ordered them). Then the driver showed up at 6:45am, at which time I was obviously still sleeping, and I missed the delivery. He reattempted to deliver late in the evening, and called me on my mobile, but hang up immediately as I picked up, making me think it was a wrong number call. Later I called him back only to have him lecture me about not picking up my phone. I emailed the company asking for them to reschedule the delivery and got no answer. Next morning the driver shows up again and finally the tiles are successfully delivered. I open the box and out of 21 tiles, only 7 are not damaged! 7 out of 21?!?! How is this even possible. I'm still in back a forth over phone and emails to get replacement tiles sent through. Response times are poor to say the least. Do not recommend.

Very poor customer relations. Almost impossible to get hold of them. Stock that they say they have is not always there. Tiles badly packaged and arrived broken. They have some good products so if they just tried a bit harder they could be good.

An order which showed as in stock was actually not-beware as they don't update their website. I was then told it would be 3 weeks. 3 weeks passed and I hear nothing. Chased and was told they didn't have an update on when it would be back in stock. Asked twice for Someone to call me to discuss and no one did. Terrible customer service and they ended up just cancelling my order so now I have to start from scratch.

Avoid this company.... Should have known it would be hard work dealing with them since they don't answer their phone. Placed an order for next day delivery, I even chased them to make sure they would be delivered the next day. Took the day off work and no one showed. I had to chase them to find out what was going on.... surprisingly someone answered and there was no apology, just a promise that the tiles would arrive the next day which was a Saturday and my only day off work. Cancelled my plans to wait in a second day and again no one showed and no answer to my many phone calls and emails. Disgusting service. I received the most feeble apology by email 4 days too late. Not even a phone call. Not to mention having to cancel the Tiler booked in today. Waste of time. Mostly shocked that on twitter they have the nerve to call out other companies on their bad service. Don't bother with them!

I would just like to say how happy we were with the advice and quality of the customer service we received at this store. We dealt mainly with Casandra and the store Manager Gloria who went well out of their way to ensure our needs were met. We now have a fantastic new kitchen& bathroom perfect in every way thanks to the two named staff above. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending this store to anyone. Mike & Sam

Wasn't sure on which tiles we wanted, so we ordered 4 samples which came next day for free. Both agreed on the same Italian tile, ordered over the phone the next evening and the tiles were here 2 days later (free again). Saved so much time and money = 5 stars!

Was hesitant from buying a large quantity of tiles off the web, but the service i received was first class. Ordered porcelain floor tiles for my kitchen and bathroom in the end and it came to under £500 (was quoted £900 in my local tile shop!!) with free delivery! Special mention to Carolyn who went through the delivery process with me. Thank you, Nigel.
