Wonderful service, I cannot recommend it enough. Responsive, calm can do attitude resolving unforseen challenges. Good communication and the team went out of their way to make sure that my bike and I were safe. Absolutely fabulous, really.

Easy and Convenient

I was offered to trial it with a promo code for £1. Promo didn't work and was charged £6.50 for 2 hours of use. I would have appreciated being refunded on the spot. Service appears interesting but is ultimately the result of there not being nearly enough parking areas for Bikes (motor or push bike) in the city of London. No one asked me for any ID or reference point when collecting my bike.

Central location, easy booking system, smooth drop-off and collect, useful additional services such as cleaning and servicing. I felt at ease leaving my bicycle in a safe place.
