Really efficient and friendly service ... they even pumped up my bike tyres!

I am very happy to find that there is a bike parking in London where many of our bikes are stolen in public places. Bike dorp is secure and efficient. I wish they have many branches across London.

Excellent concept with very friendly staff.

I forgot my lock for my bike and was looking for a bike shop to buy one. Instead I came across bike drop, spoke to the staff who was really helpful and showed me how to book and pay. Within a few minutes the bike was locked up and I was on route to my meeting. Will definitely use this facility again.

Dropped in, needed a repair and storage for a few hours whilst getting some shopping done. Great service, great location, great price and a great idea.

First time I've used bike drop, brilliant service. Very friendly staff, took my bike away, ready for collection when I came back. Offered to top up my bottle, asked if I wanted a coffee, all with a smile. This was my test run on going back to the office and I was very impressed.

First time, and I have to say....... Excellent. I needed to be in a central London meeting and didn't want to chain my bike on the street. Great concept and easy to use. Friendly staff and safe and secure. Even a free coffee to get my day going! Will definitely use the service again!

I am so glad to have found bike drop. Without it I wouldn't consider leaving my bike chained up in central London. It's a brilliant service and it's great to have the peace of mind that my bike will still be there when I get back.
