We use this company as a third party company for our customer deliveries. We have used many in the past which have all been of a similar service, but when things have gone wrong they have not been easy to deal with. Parcel hub offer great customer service and although they do have restrictions from the carriers they use, they are always available to offer advise and are very quick to respond to queries.
