BEWARE THIS IS YODEL. SCAM COMPANY. THEY JUST LOST MY PARCEL ! I received an email saying it had been delivered and that the parcel had to be signed for. Customer service are an absolute shock. Monkeys with phones! FRAUD !!!

Really bad support, i don't reccomend the parcelhub to anyone!

I bought a few items and the seller sent the package correctly. I never get it so i sent an email to him after that he contacted the parcelhub. The support sad they lost the package and they didn't found it, and they are unable to raise a claim. It's absolutly unacceptable.

Amazing Company

We've been using Parcelhub for over 2 years now and it's completely changed our daily processes. Parcelhub customer service is so easy to use and we spend far less time sorting out the daily logistics issues. They respond promptly and do the best they can to resolve problems. Their software is easy to use and whenever we've not been sure about anything the IT department have been very helpful. We literally wouldn't be without parcelhub now! Thanks all, you're doing a great job!

Absolutely outstanding service.

Absolutely outstanding service. During our peak season my business sends huge volumes of parcels via Parcelhub, and the proactive Customer Service Team handle delayed parcels without us needing to be involved. This means that our staff can spend more time on sales and production, and we can rely totally on Parcelhub to sort out any problems before either we or our customers are aware of them. I wouldn't be without Parcelhub. We have aggressive sales and marketing plans and it's great to feel absolutely confident that they'll help us grow, by providing a class-leading delivery service to our customers.

Did not recognise my tracking number.

Did not recognise my tracking number. Do not use this bunch of fakers. UPDATE......... It turned out that the merchant involved had not sent the parcel to Parcelhub!!! When I phoned Parcelhub about this, they were extremely helpful, so I am eating humble pie and giving them an excellent review. N.B. The parcel did eventually arrive, but not via Parcelhub!
