Over 1 1/2 month - still waiting for an important letter
waiting for an important letter. 2.3g...funny it was in my country within 2 days. but the letter has been "on hold" for over a month with the justification: "so that it is a matter of discreet delivery, we need 150 euros for a phytosanitary certificate, otherwise we have to give it to customs." after many letters the account managers became more and more unfriendly. Status Disclose - on hold. My letter is simply withheld even though it's nearby. but honestly now. 150 euros extra, so that the discretion is maintained? rip off pure. When I asked about a supervisor, I was told "Are you ready to pay now?" Haven't heard from my show since then. 07.01 arrival in my country. Today is February 16th.
