Place sucks. It's been three weeks and no order arrival. Will not use again. I see your reply. So you don't work in February when it's valentines day and you say you're human. Your supposed to be a business who offers goods and services. You can't even get a valentine's day card. Now my girlfriend gets nothing for Valentine's day. What a crock. I'll never use y'all again and I hope no one else does either. I'll just send a card in the mail like a normal human being now. There is no point for your business to exist. Thanks for ruining my valentines day.

Unhelpful customer service team and company that values money over customers. Ordered off them a large number of times they messed up my last order blamed me and I’m out of pocket with worthless card. Don’t order from them and expect them to be helpful the worst service response I’ve ever experienced. I entered the address I wanted the item delivered to and the system defaulted to my address and they in turn send rude condescending responses instead of helping to the get the issue resolved it says a lot about the company and their lack of customer service. Blame the customer great tactics my review is more than fair. You are rude and do not provide a quality service it’s that simple.

AMAZING COMPANY! I had an issue with the shipping (NOT their fault by any means). They responded in such a quick and professional manner. My card got messed up through shipping and they issued me a refund with no problems. I would DEFINITELY buy from them again! Thank you Boomf! We need more companies like you! ❤️

This is my second review on Boomf. As my first review was that box never went off. Was given an apology by staff member called Eddie and was told I would receive a replacement which has not been received. Save your money.

My order is showing that it's stuck on Tennessee for some reason. Tried to contact the & no response. Never again

The concept is really nice and the card arrived fairly quickly. However, the elastic of the butterfly was broken before even opening the card so it didn’t work at all which is quite disappointing considering the price. I send an email a week ago but I haven’t received a response.

What a disappointment, arrived late and when opened the confetti fell out, nothing like the demo video on the Web page. I won't be using Boomf again.

My first card got lost, I contacts the post office and spoke with the postman and they weren’t much help. Boomf sorted the problem ASAP and were very nice about it. I’ll definitely order off of them again.
